Members responded with a wide variety of creative and calming activities that help them cope with stress, anxiety, and depression. Several members shared that hands-on hobbies like gardening, diamond painting, crochet, chainmail weaving, coloring, and building wooden kits bring focus and a sense of accomplishment. A recurring theme was the power of music, whether through vinyl records, audiobooks, or simply turning it up loud, along with the comfort of pets, journaling, walking, and faith as grounding forces in daily life.

I've been making these kits from Rowood. It's a little bit of a challenge because you have to be carful and not break the wooden pieces. Some of kits are more challenging than others but this one here was the easiest so far.

I scrapbook (decorate) my journals before I write in them with washi tape, stickers and stencils. This lets me admire my work as I turn the page either writing or reading the journals. I'm amazed at how good my journals/graphics are in reality.

Weaving chainmail believe it or not. Painting stones. Cooking and getting lost in my favorite audiobook

I also make other wall hangings. This is one of my favorites.
