Members enthusiastically agreed that music serves as a powerful therapeutic tool in managing mental health, with the conversation revealing an incredibly diverse range of musical tastes spanning classic rock, country, R&B, classical, folk, contemporary Christian, and everything in between. Several members described how they choose music deliberately based on their mood and needs, with some finding classical or contemporary Christian music calming during anxiety, others using music as a distraction tool or sleep aid, and one member noting that music can sometimes feed into depression when their mood is very low. A recurring theme was the deep personal connection members have to specific songs, albums, and artists, with many sharing nostalgic concert memories, wedding songs, and how their eclectic tastes reflect their life experiences and personalities.

I don't know why I sent you the drunk me meme. Sounded funny, but with my antipsychotics I cannot drink.

This is an old picture of when I did a little day-drinking.

Sounds like you are learning the same things I am Doug. People always called me "Wendy Wendy Woo-hoo!", I guess I was a lot....I've made it work for me. My love loves that about me and has since we were in high school back in the day. I'm sure that's part of the why of your wife's love of you. It took me a long, long time to take care of myself or not feel like I was a burden to Larry.

Later dude!

Ours was (quite appropriately, since "Heavy Metal" was our first date) "Open Arm" by Journey. All my nervousness melted away as we gazed into each others' eyes and forgot our friends and family and it was just *us*.
