Im not doing it but think it. Please you have done nothing wrong its those who put you down belittling yourself worth and honestly pay attention to those who think they know how u are or do feel and hobbies I can't do when im down I just wanna hide as hard as depression is if they haven't experienced it licensed to tell you what's wrong or what to do. Stop breathing take time for only you block everything out and slowly I'm learning it's not all me. I find myself seeing what my loved ones focus on you will not hurt or blame yourself. You didn't do this to yourself hardest part is to know who is instilling in you when they get mad you're mentally your not I find more ignorance in their self-care to put you down knowing their loved one is down more mentally. That's just a thought I know where mine is I think not only childhood but a toxic marriage with someone who lays my illness as a defense for their self-worth and I'm not sure yet how to react because of love and I try not to give up. But on meds doesn't have any help to shut my mouth that's my downfall but yet after all said and down im still the downside and always crying and begging it's a no-win. Just giving you a thought. But try not to overthink that can bring a lot of self-hate.. You don't need. Bless you 🙏 ♥️

When I was in AA for my drinking problem, it was advised that people who were in recovery from alcohol should Not have a personal relationship with another person in AA. It was deemed to be too risky for one alcoholic to be that close to another alcoholic in a romantic relationship.

Well I have had close relationships with people on here who were struggling worse than me and talking all negative. Tried to help but wouldn't listen about seeking medical help. And I was getting triggered a lot which lead me to do more self harm by cutting up arms and legs. My hubby, therapist, and psychiatrist said that since you are struggling with self harm yourself that I need to work on getting better before trying to help someone with the same thing with self harm. In the past I was hospitalized a lot for self harm, pill abuse, and alcohol abuse.

Right now I am struggling with self harm with cutting, picking, scratching my arms. I know my hubby is not happy with that.
