I am relating to the weight problem. I am trying to work better at eating. Last night I had a bad panic attack. Ice Cream and cookies. It was good. I will not beat myself up. I will calm my thoughts and know that I must do better.

If I was active somewhat I bet I'd see different results. I'm not. Not being able to lose more than 3 lbs is frustrating. I tried 3.5 months of supplements and saw no change. Not much, 35 lbs would surprise me. I'm asking. Can anyone relate?
