I believe it takes time to find the diamonds in the rough. I was skeptical about seeing a psychiatrist but knew that I needed to switch from having my GPS give medicine that stopped working so I tried and I found one

If you take MAO's, you have to be on a strict diet. I can't remember but there are a lot of food you cannot eat. And if the meds are not helpful, you have to stop taking all anti depressants , I believe it was for a month. It was a very, very long and stressful month. Was in hospital the whole time.

I've found that most people don't want to be there for people with any kind of mental illness. I take Zoloft but it doesn't help much. Psychiatrist really don't care they just want to get paid. The only person that you can count on to care about you is yourself. If you're on here that means you love yourself enough to stay alive and that's a lot.
