ever not want to sleep because all the sad tormenting things that torment your soul become hard to control what and how much you allow yourself to think of it and all those hurt emotions hit you as a tone of brick from almost every direction and can a die in there sleep from a broken heart i sometimes feel like i am dying slowly of a broken heart but God will not let me die but no matter what always i love also

Sleep is the worst of all the burdens of depression. Toss and turn and medicine only works for a little while. I walk, prepare for bed, drink Sleepy Tea and any other thing that is shared. Keep working until you find your remedy.

Yes I feel your pain. I also cannot sleep. If I’m not distracted by reading or checking mail, Instagram. They all start floating around my head into my brain. I toss and turn say the Rosary, pray for help. Please Jesus, Mary, Joseph. Help me, take my pain from me. Please. But I’m not granted this pass, tonight for a calm sleep. One more person not loving me anymore, more pain, Give it up to God! I have
