go to your doctor and ask for a medication reevaluation

Maybe you should get off all of them for a while and start over with just a few. I've had to do that. It's hard but well worth it. I don't know how you feel about that. You probably do want to do that. Something has to be done if those aren't working. Your just hurting your body taking medication that's not working. Try to think positive thoughts. Be happy for a new day. Smile while you work. Maybe hum. Talk to yourself as if you were taking to a baby. You wouldn't let a baby be upset. Why are you letting yourself be upset? Talk to yourself better and you might see a difference.
