I totally understand that feeling! I start with a self care exercise like walking or a shower. Then I make a short list of things I want to do (max 3 things) then I set an alarm on my phone to do them. Sometimes it works sometimes I just need to decompress. It's never laziness though, illness can be stubborn and takes time to heal.

Take an Adderall. Iā€™m just being totally honest. I have a lot of problems getting motivated and have yet to find a cure.

Best to try small goals and like if it's cleaning try setting an alarm and clean for so many minutes also try music

Keep trying. I find that I feel worse about myself if I don't get anything accomplished. On days when I don't want to do anything I set small goals. I also set goals of three things that I want to achieve for the day. Their are times when I still can't get anything accomplished. When that happens I try not to beet myself up. That just makes things worse and doesn't do any good.
