Take small steps. Set small goals like getting dressed in the morning and putting your night clothes away or in the ditty clothes basket. Make yourself sit at the table and enjoy the sun rise. I listen to music. I created a song list that uplifting and motivating. That helps with my mood. Small things add up and if you keep trying you will make it. If you have a day where you can't get anything done, don't beet yourself up over it. Just keep trying.

I didn’t realize you had an option not to do anything! No matter how hard something is, we must persist. You have more control over your mind than what you think. Not everything can be solved with the pill.

Baby steps is right.
Pretend that a maintenance man or apartment landlord or a repairman is going to come in your place and you can't allow them to see how you live if you don't clean it up, that makes me do it makes me have motivation to slowly do some.🌺
