I looked it up on google and it does have an effect on antidepressants. However, it doesn't tell us if the antidepressants don't work or the epi-pen doesn't work. I'd ask a doctor about it, and about the antidepressant you are on.

I don’t know of any contraindications but I think that question is best answered by your doctor. I used an epipen last month for an Asthma attack and nothing came up about my mental health meds.

Epi-pen is an emergency allergic reaction shot pen.
