Hi, for me is to keep the main focus on myself. I need to do what is important for Susan. I journal a lot, crafts, visit or talk to friends, and visiting friends I have not seen for awhile. Hugs

For me it has gotten better in the last 10 years. I have a list of things that keep me in a peaceful mind state. Reading, music, watching something good on TV, and especially walking!

I clean. I clean my house. It burns some energy and gives me something to focus on rather than the main problem.
