Does Anyone Usually Have A Good Day Of The Week?
A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

Mondays are common bad days, but looking positively, there has to be 1 day in the week may be your best or just a little less crappy.
Mine is Tuesday as I get to attend a local NAMI in- person support group followed by a beautiful hike or some kind of exercise.

Sunday would be my favorite day. When I went to church it was a great day. I've since stopped going to church. I moved back in with my ex husband and I haven't been back since. So until I go back I will keep Friday. Otherwise it will be Sunday.
