Yeah, going off cold turkey from these meds is not at all good! If you have them now, you could benefit from taking them again, like now! I have stopped cold turkey when I couldn't get my meds, and ended up in the ER for physical and emotional crashes.

I try really hard not to "Dr. Google" myself - I have a fantastic team of medical professionals and I need to let them do their job. My job is to ask their advice. So call and ask. And then ask how you can ensure you get your medication regularly. Going off and on is not a good thing, but again - your doctor/PA/APRN/whatever would know better. I'm not trained on all of this - but they are :-)

Oh Lanette did you not have bad health and/or mental problems from just stopping your medication cold turkey?
If I were you and was going to be able to continue getting them, then yes I would start back immediately but if you can’t continue getting them so you can take them correctly, I think you should talk to your doctor or whoever prescribed them and explain the situation.
