I've been bipolar two for years at first it was very very rough for me and still is sometimes but I use a Bible app which I listen to three times a day this helps me more than anything I also listen to music find something that you like to do crafts a hobby something that will keep your mind occupied and I know it's really hard when you have a episode per say sometimes the very best thing I can do for me is to just rest sleep it's probably not the best thing to do but it clears my mind I hope this helps you.. when I listen to music I listen to Christian upbeat music Andy Grammer is awesome very upbeat very uplifting

It's not that easy. Manic episodes don't have to necessarily be bipolar. Mostly just any day can start positive then turn negative. For instance, bad news. And vice versa. Can only just learn to endure or let those situations take you over.

I'm bipolar and I have never been able to control my episodes. It would be nice if I could. Let me know if you find something on this. I would love to know.

I don’t mean to be rude, but if we knew that we wouldn’t be suffering like we do

I'm feeling I'm on the brink of mania again.
