I have many times due to my pain

It’s called sleep paralysis. When I had it, it scared the absolute shit out of me. So glad I no longer suffer from it. By the way, I didn’t take any therapy or medication. I just slowly talk to myself while it was happening.

So far I have not experienced that yet. I hope to get my depression back under control.
