Depression will try to teach you that. It's not true. Remember who you were as a child and love it up! Sometimes the whole world will reject you temporarily. Don't let other people's actions determine your self worth and don't judge yourself. Love does not judge. It just doesn't. It took me way too long to figure out. I needed love so bad. I gave it to myself and it worked. If I don't do it, nobody will.

Yup! Not only do i feel like i have a “D” for “damaged goods” for depression/anxiety which i have known i have had for years but i also have the “D” for a new diagnosis of Borderline Personality disorder….. so, yes, i understand that feeling for sure!
