I gave up on modern medicine nothing works but I am trying to get into a ketamine study in hopes that it works for me! Good luck

I've been on the strongest Spravato dosage since February '23 and it has improved my moods a bit but I'm still not very functional in my day-to-day. I'll be transitioning from Spravato to micro-dosing Ketamine at-home soon. If that doesn't work, I'll go back to Spravato and request more frequent dosing.

I'm also on a handful of antidepressantsand supplements.

I thinkif you have Bi polar you can't take Ketimine..
