You just have to put one foot in front of the other and find a way to keep pushing yourself forward never quit or give up. Keep your chin up they say it does get better!!! Good luck

It's hard for me to ask for help too. Like you I'm usually someone who helps others. Plus, unfortunately the people I usually help often can't, or won't, help me when I need it.

You are most welcome Lisa and a lot of what I mentioned I learned the hard way and have to keep reminding myself.
