When I got rid of the junk food I found it a lot easier to resist over eating.

Hi .. I have some insight into this subject. It comes up often at Peer Support meetings.
Either it is a control thing - when the person is feeling they only react to their issues. - or - depressive thoughts has a person so down that they are not interested in food.
As a bit of a solution .. make sure you have some food items that can be made quickly.
Hope there is a lot of help here .. ( thoughts on this topic )

I eat healthy. I just don't eat enough during my day. After every meal,I go outside and walk to help burn the calories off for what I have just eaten. And putting a lot of pressure on myself is a never ending thing for me. I also struggle with OCD. I can easily count calories with no problem too.

I've had an eating disorder all my life,so I'm anxious to read feedback on this.
