Bill I understand what you're talking about. I have chronic depression and anxiety everyday, it doesn't stop. Take several meds 3 times a day. And many days between about 4 to 6 pm mine ramps up. Between 6 and 7 I shut down exhausted and down for the day. I've tried everything, changing med times and eating habits etc. No I haven't told my doctor yet because it's not all the time and so much more going on medically. If it gets constant I will. But I understand what you're saying, you're not alone. Prayers for you. And I am with Joyce please let us know if you do find out what causes this. Bless your heart πŸ’™.

See if you can take you medication at night before bed. That might help. If you already do. See if you can take it in the morning. Maybe it has something to do with your medication. I'm not saying it does at all. I'm not sure if it does. You should really talk to your doctor about it but talk to them about switching your medication around. That might help.

@A MyDepressionTeam Member can you can what you are doing at that time of day and talk to your therapist or psychiatrist about change up of meds and when you take them. Maybe go to a park and watch children laughing and playing and having fun or meditate just suggestions. I mean anything that you love to change your routine and don’t watch a clock maybe take off your watch.
Please let us know what you do to help this so others can read it for their benefit also.
Good luck!
Hugs from Alabama.

Hi Bill, may be because these are the hours when the phone might ring which you don't want to answer or perhaps when other people are more active, again which you don't want to involved in.

Hi Bill,
This sounds like a great question for a therapist to work with you on finding the answer to
By the way, what do you do between 12 noon and 7:00? . . . . Peace and love,
Cool Cat. . .
