I have depression and anxiety and I've taken ketamine nasal spray (Spravato) it took a bit to start working, but after two months I'm having considerable improvement in both my depression and anxiety. I'm excited by the freedom and hope this has given me so I'm 100% down with the ketamine. It's good stuff. The treatment day is difficult because it does affect your brain quite severely initially post treatment, and I typically have trouble sleeping night of treatment but my Psychiatrist gave me meds to help and they work. So I'm good with the ketamine, it really works.

Never heard of Ketamine being used for depression. It's generally use for anesthesia. Glad it's helping you

Yeah, ketamine is the latest big thing for depression . . I hear it is expensive as hell, still. .
I believe that treatment for mental health problems is only in its infancy. . . Why do we move so slowly?! . .
Peace and love, y'all,
