What Is The Best Way To Distract Myself From My Appointment Later This Afternoon?
A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have an appointment for my MRI Scan later this afternoon. I have to be there for 1.30pm BST even though my actual appointment is at 2.30pm BST. I have to be there an hour before as there's a few things I need to do before my scan.

It may sound to be scary but all you do is lie down on a 'bed' and they just slide into an open machine, I've had plenty and the staff are always so friendly, knowing that people may be scared.
It's all over and down with in a couple of minutes or less, so please don't worry about having it, and please let us know the results.
