I am also surprised you can work also. Not sure if you are in treatment and on meds if not you need to be immediately. Is this a diagnosis you have received through a doctor professional in the Mental Health field? You certainly do not want this to get to a point you seriously hurt someone and end up in prison 😕

I have had one encounter in a psych hospital with this issue. Over a period of 5 days, I had to ask her who I was talking to. It seems scary to have a personality like that. Have you acted out any with that personality?
