I have several workbooks for codependency, CBT therapy, DBT therapy, ADHD. They are the PDFs of those expensive workbooks that therapists get your worksheets out of the ones that are like 30 to $50. They don't have bugs or viruses or anything like that it's actually legitimate and I'm not trying to sell anything I'm just trying to share stuff I've found useful. I have no idea. I use some workbooks that are available on archive.org and then do the charts in a word document.
