I had it 2 times about 2 years apart, the first one did not do much. The next one seem to be helping but I was in a car accident and was advised not to continue for a while, but I will try again if I can.

I’m in Australia I initially had 30x30 minutes sessions as an in patient
It was my saviour I now have a life
I now have 10 sessions (2 per day) as an inpatient every 6 weeks It takes up some of my time but it keeps me well
