Walks helps with the anxiety. I am an artist so when I am creating art work I am focused so much on what I am doing that I don't think the thoughts that tend to obsess on. It doesn't always work but a lot of the time it does.

Try to focus on the morning nature, listen to the sound of outside. Begin talking to god having conversation with him

I try to focus my attention on something. I'll watch TV or get lost in some music. Also I try to do breathing exercises that I learned in the psych hospital.

Thanks! I am indeed working with my CBT therapist on my anxiety as well as my depression, which seem to go hand-in-hand.
