I use android but it should be in the app store. You can also visit the website directly from your browser.

I didn't even know My depression team had an app.

Go on Google and ask for My Depression Team App. It should show up for you.

If u already downloaded it. Go into ur settings, then look for apps. Look thru it n see if u see it. If not go to ur app store and type it in then download it.
