Hi Bronxgirl,
This is not an unusual way for me to wake up, i.e. with sadness and anxiety, and so I push myself to get up and go. . .

Generally, then, my feelings will change, at least to a certain extent . . ,

This works for me more or less, and the key words here are more or less. . .
In other words, sometimes, it works better than at other times. . .
A very important thing for me is to not give up trying to get better in the moment. . .

My best peace, love, and good vibes to you, my dear friend,

Cool Cat aka He who Rises Daily And Dances With Wolves. . .

That happens to me and when I was in the hospital I had a really bad panic attack and that was not easy to calm down.

Try to push through
Self/care—— make yourself some breakfast, stick to a routine even if it’s doing small tasks

Try sorting out your feelings
Are they valid or could your thoughts be making them seem worse
