I have a therapist, I read books, and this is my first time reaching outside of that. I know I need contact with other people.
Cerenity and How it works
I don't have all the social media platforms like most people but I do use FB & FBM. I'm in various groups for different things. I do find the support groups helpful. Then I'm in other groups that are informative for subjects I'm interested in. 😀
