I always thought I avoided school dances because of being very introverted... I just realised maybe my depression started peeking through all those years back 🤔. Or maybe I just don't like people in general 🤔... also high chance of that... normal people scare me!!! If I could live on a deserted island filled with dogs and wolves and stuff I would be sooo happy!!!!!
I hate crowds! I actually had my first anxiety attack because of a crowd... it has never happened before
No not at all. But when I used to be very overweight I was paranoid that people were looking at me and I always stayed in the house. My weight loss journey included lap band surgery many years ago and then a new diet or way of eating which includes not eating carbs, caffeine, fast foods, sugar, any meats, and I only eat fruit, veggies, nuts, beans, cheese, eggs, and fish. Now I go to the gym 3 times a week and have a treadmill in my home for when it is bad outside to go walking which I enjoy. I also used free weights to tone my arms and my legs. It is harder to lose weight at 56 then when I was in my 20's. I hope that you can get up some courage and maybe do some meditation to get centered and then go outside and focus on the nature like the birds and the squirrels and seeing the bunny rabbits.
