I have had really great results with clonazepam. I take 0.5 mg 2 times a day. I also use thought stopping. Right now i am using it both times. i find it helps me with constant thoughts. they slow down. I don't feel so tense.

I took Lorazepam for about 3 months. The MD can increase your dose gradually. I was taking 2 mg three times a day. I became immune to it. I am now on Clonazepam. I am doing well with it.

I take 2.0 mg of clonazepam twice a day. It keeps my nerves in check and helps me sleep.

I have Xanax for anxiety as needed. I don't take it everyday..but I take it when I have bad anxiety and it works great. It's a benzo like lorazepam, but I think its better. At least it works better on me. Lorazepam doesn't work on me.
