I am bi polar and I take Geodon, Invega, Amitriptyline, Paxil, Hydroxyzine, Lamictal And I am having trouble sleeping. Anyone have any suggestions? I've taken Seraquel, Trazodone and it doesnt work. And I use to take Klonopin and it worked but my new Dr won't prescribe it because it is addictive. Any suggestions are appreciated.
Birds I take ambien which is also addicting it works well but has a short lie till like 3 am wen I’m awake and can’t get back to sleep . Sorry .
@A MyDepressionTeam Member OH I'm so sorry! 16 hours in 4 days!!! NO NO Totally unacceptable. It could too have to do when you take certain drugs. With all that lack of sleep I'd be worried about becoming manic. Oh I hope you get sleep soon! Annie
I don't know if it will help you, or not. I have added melatonin, and it seems to help. I have also started meditation, which I thought was crazy. It is not. It gives you a few minutes to stop my brain and think just about the meditation. I hope you find something that helps
Restoril was s saving tool fod. And it donbesnt. Any of the side effects like Ambien.
Thanks Abrook 76 I'm not going to sleep untill 2-3am and I get up by 8:45. It's rough but I'm trying to get it changed to Ambien or something. I'd even like to try Restorill. I've tried everything what's one more med
