Do I just add people at random to my team without asking? I don't want to add anyone without asking first. If I do, how do I know that I am just adding an additional burden to them?.

It’s your call really, some people ask, some don’t. Your posts will always be in the home feed, for all to see, but you also have the option to add teammates and select what’s new with people on your team to see their posts exclusively. Don’t worry about being a burden on anyone, we are all here for each other :)

Hi Eric

You can post to them specifically and ask. For example, say you want me on your team. You click on my name/handle and can post directly to me and ask if I want to be on your team.
