I take Trazodone for insomnia. I'm having trouble falling asleep. I exercise regularly. I've tried soft music and relaxation apps. I'm looking for something that will help me get to sleep and stay asleep for at least 3 or 4 hours or more. In the last month, I've had 15 to 20 days of insomnia. Ts there something I could try?

Have you tried rescue remedy? Or lavender? Or even ASMR audio and or videos? Some of this obviously have to check with your doctor but a lot of their ASMR or sleep tracks from Audible and other audio sites are pretty nice

The Trazodone I've been taking for 8 years. Nothing else worked.

I can take up to 200 mg a night. I start with 100 mg if I 'm not asleep in 20 to 25 minutes I take another 5o mg. Most times 150 mg works. There are nights when nothing works then I'm up for a couple of days ( maybe cat naps ).
