Don't be afraid to tell your dr. They may have a good idea! Thinking I may go back to groups. I've done them all and some twice but maybe I need to keep going

I get where your coming from, I was the same way once. Until some asked if I really wanted to die, or if I just wanted the life I knew to end. I think that’s a good question to ask if you feel in this situation again.

The reality is we don't really want to die, we just want the pain to stop. When you feel so lonely, sad, hopeless or disconnected, suicidal ideation is totally predictable and, I think, reasonable.
