Tell your parents you need an appt with your pcp. Tell them you have symptoms that you need to discuss such as fatique and any other physical symptoms you may have. What is discussed between you and your doctor is private.
Let us know how you do. I for one am worried about you. If you think there is a problem then there probably is. Thinking of you. Best of luck to you.
Be honest! Dont hold it in. Your not alone.
Hi
I just wanted to check on you. Is everything okay?
Just ask them. I'm sure they'll support you.
Hi amiga,
Go to your home room teacher or to another teacher who you feel that you can trust, maybe a female teacher, or to your school guidance counselor or school psychologist, amiga, as other options, and just be straight up with them that you feel that you need help . .
Is there a school psychologist at your school? . .
If not, I would bet that there must at least be a guidance counselor who could point you in a good, helpful direction . .
Set up an appointment with your school principle if you can't get any other satisfaction, kid, from any of your teachers or school counselor(s); the school and the teachers, counselors, and principal are supposed to there for you and very likely do care . .
Finally, if you don't feel that you've gotten any or enough help otherwise, go to some woman who you know and trust at the church that your Grandfather takes you to and tell her what's goin' on and that you need help, and she will likely help you find the help that you need, amiga;
The pastor's wife would be a good choice, probably, my friend, I think, that is, if the pastor is a man and is married . .
My best peace, love, and good vibes to ya, kid, and thanks for reachin' out here, amiga,
