Lost 70 lbs in 5 months, no appetite, no interest. Now I look like I was deflated! 220-150
Overall it's a good thing, puts less pressure on my back and knees

To ChadMichael
.. and a few more of you ... If you are putting on weight - watch out that you are not drinking to many sugary drinks .. example ... ice cold - Coca Cola tasted SOOOO good, once I started taking anti depressants.
You may also have "dry mouth" symptoms .. so you are going to feel thirsty all the time.
If you are down .. sometimes only a few comfort foods are at the top of your Go To's for something to eat .. you are not socializing .. staying home and holing up .. maybe you can not be bothered to cook much.
.. THEN all of a sudden the "black clouds" lift - and more things are going well - - - - food tastes pretty good again.
Take care everyone...
Enjoy the upcoming weekend
