Dixiesmom, I can totally relate about not being able to cry. When I am really depressed, I am numb and unable to feel anything other than a dead, dark blackness. When the depression lifts a little, I'm still in pain, but I am able to cry, and that is very comforting to my heart and soul. How I wish I could cry more...when I can cry, it's much better.
