Is There Any Information Or Articles On Psychotherapy?

My psychologist gave me a book called " Feel Good " It mentions psychotherapy, DNT and talk therapy. I would like to learn more about psychotherapy.

Ive taken CBT and DBT. If your mind is clear enough to take it all in...its good stuff. There was a time when my mind was clear enough. Now after my stroke a few years ago i cant remember stuff like i use to. Good luck!

Psychotherapy is more talk therapy, relaxation therapy and CBT. Not taking meds.

Tried clonodine while in the hospital one past time. It caused me to have severe hallucinations. It's one of those to watch out for. Hope it is helping you

I'm not on anything but a clonidine patch right now I had side effect s from effector and they put me on a bipolar med not on an antidepressant well one pill nicked me out there times in one day and I'm supposed to take three a day so I stopped I'm waiting on my new physic and see from there but until then I'm flying blind you know and we can't remember yesterday so hang in there
