Anyone have a home remedy for pain? I'm suffering from burning headaches, stomach pain and back pain.

Not sure if your confortable with taking/using cbd or pot products or if its legal where you are but my mom swears by her oral cbd/thc spray for her back pain and migrains. Other than that id go with the heat packs, motrin, naping and massage options or a combination of those. My coworker also gave me this roll on stick to use once, it was herbal and looked like a roll on lip gloss and she instructed me to roll it on my temples and neck and it worked great for thw headache i was having. Not sure what thats called tho.

I've been getting treated for chronic back pain for yrs. They always suggest ice for 20 mins every hour. At the area of the pain. (Then I always used a heating pad at night before bed.) I've never heard anyone describe their headache as burning before. All I can suggest is a mix of OTC meds one dose of asprin/one dose of acetomenophen/one dose caffeine. It's like taking Excedrin. Provided you can take these meds. But I'd watch because of the tummy troubles. You may just want to hold off on meds and try massage. The shoulders, neck, head and face.

Good luck to you.
