yea the best thing is just to completely end it. Get all of your feelings out and thats it. i was in a relationship like this as well and it was on and off for years and finally it got really bad and i wrote an e mail all of my hurt out and i blocked her on e mail and fb and that was it and it was the best descion of my life. i hope things get betterxx

I write out the questions that keep racing through my head so I can stop thinking them. I talked to my therapist and she had me write affirmations like "I am independent" "I deserve to be treated with kindness and honesty." Keep on keeping on.

Sounds like you're already doing quite a lot by trying to distance yourself. Getting out of a regular relationship is hard, it's even more difficult when there is a narcissist involved. I wish you luck, healing and answers.

It's so important to go no contact. I'm 5 month no contact he is in Florida I'm in Wisconsin. Sounds like u are in the healing process. There is a book I'm reading called psychopath free this book will answer all your questions and help u with your healing. There is away were he won't have to pay for your phone bill. I go to boost Mobile I got a phone there some are refurbished. You can pay 35,60,or 100 depending on what u want.i pay 35 a month. Now with your dogs if he wants to come over to see them have someone there with u.
