I just tried to be honest. Some things I was given to do were too overwhelming. Some things helped. I also did a lot of research on natural things to help my major depression, anxiety and panic attacks. Hope you find things that will help.

I have been having a terrilble time finding medications that do not have terrible side effects. Its like they try me on something and I get a terrible reaction and then I have to wean myself off of it and suffer the terrible withdrawls. Always, Always if you are put on an antidepressant type drug, never ever just stop it- you have to cut it back and decrease the dosage over a period of time- If you stop cold turkey- you are in for a world of problems! Good luck and hang in there. Just ask about side effects and withdrawals on the meds they gave you in case you cannot take them.

Mostly evaluations, ideas, what are you capable of doing, and that short of thing. Possibly they will suggest group therapy as an add on. Ask about DBT, which is training in dealing with issues. Usually that is done in groups and continues with one-on-one. Best wishes.
