I'd say summer is hard for my anxiety with so many chores/activities and jobs to do when the weather is not so bad to do them. But i feel clammy when heat rises, making me depressed and isolate.

Yes. I hate the heat and it makes me irritable. Also, this makes me sound like a terrible person, but I hate seeing how happy everyone else is (out doing things, going on vacation, etc.)

Winter is the worst for me. Cold makes my anxiety worse I'm not sure why.

Winter is harder for me. I hate being cold and the heater and shower really inflate my power bill. That makes me feel depressed.

Have to say depression is worse in summer. Change of weather seems make things worse
