@A MyDepressionTeam Member if you get the right team members on your team they check if you are ok and they support you where they can and there for you to talk to when you need someone or some advice. Basically they are a support person for you and when you have a team you are meant to do the same kind of thing for your team. Yes some ramble on but that is obviously what they need at the time.

Good question. I have no idea what the "team" thing even is. I know I'm on some, and some are on mine, but I don't know what it all entails. It's made no difference that I can see up to now. Just rambling. lol

If you go to their profile picture and click on the little white 'v' in the orange circle, you have a choice of removing them from your team (if they are on it) or blocking them.
