How have any of you coped after stopping medication that always kept you in a "fog" and kind of in a constant dizzy state? I recently stopped all my medication after a toxicity occurrence. I can't seem to handle my thoughts and miss the "medication fog" and dizziness I had while on the medication. I would hate to have to restart all of these medications again due to what I went through when my blood levels went bonkers. But I also can't handle these thoughts. Hi there .. I was on one medication for only a short time - I couldn't cope with it - it made me feel shaky ( it was prescribed .. ). I didn't persevere to see if it would get better .. told my practitioner that I wanted to ramp down and be taken off it all together. I Was so glad to get back to "normal " - was feeling so not myself !! I agree with you Jillyn31 drinking lots really helps to keep me stable.

My doctor has me medicated up to my eyes, 100mls of methadone, even though I'm clean 2 yes and 600mg of lyrica A DAy! If I'd of known how harmful it is , I wouldn't have taken it but it's over 10yrs and I. Still been medicadied, ๐Ÿ™ˆ
