I am having stomach problems and am so dry. I feel hungry and never satified all the time. I read somewhere that fluoxetine can change how your body metabolizes other drugs by increasing the effects. Great!

The noise sounds like tinitus to me, a very common ear complaint you can google. I've had it for decades and have learned to ignore it. To drown it out at night I always sleep with a fan on. A radio tuned between stations for the white noise is helpful also.

To me it doesn’t sounds as though your body is in argreement with these meds.
