I have been taking the generic version (Escitalopram) for over a year now and have not gained any real weight. (for what it's worth)

I'm taking it up again. It was the first anti-depresant I ever took and I never gained weight from it. As always, consult your doctor.

I gained with it nd my gp told me its very high up thete for putting on weight so b carefull hun.xc
