Ptsd And Recovery

How to you manage your depression, ptsd and recovery? When my depression and ptsd come to the surface i want to get loaded but fight as hard as i can. I dont want to relapse! Seems like a circle .

Not wanting to relapse is a step in the right direction. You cant quit if you don't want to! Since you do, remind yourself why you're doing it, and the consequences of going back to a temporary fix. I might also recommend listening to some binaural positive affirmations. You can find them on youtube and it may help. Theres ones for all sorts of mental illnesses!
