I think everyone in this group should include positive changes along with their New Years Resolution's to take care of their mental health. What do you hope to change or achieve this year regarding your mental health?

Peter Cook, I agree it is encouraging to see one's (myself included) with positive resolutions, but I believe we should be realistic and not set ourselves up for likely failure by over-resolutions. I've known for years I wanted to stop smoking, I'd been thinking on making it a New Year resolution, seriously in early December, and am so thankful for the Power and help from the Holy Spirit, I've been quit since mid-December, but it was horrid the first week, I literally had to get my mind on to something else. I have been working on a book for year's, but have made that my 2nd resolution, but I know it is a one day at a time project. The thoughts roll over in my head when I'm so exhausted and laying down. I just had the idea today, (duh) to invest in recorder, so I can record my thoughts, then type when I'm more physically able. Anyway...Best wishes to all our supporters here, and God Bless. PR
When I get insurance in July..I will be going back into therapy..I haven't went in 2 years..before that, I had been in therapy for 5 years...

Maybe staying on medications even when I am feeling some what okay. I have never just try medicine and let it work for me than against me. Getting a grip and know that I can have a full happy life with my illnesses.
