I dont kno what ppl see on the outside! Im assuming a pethic lonely women! I enjoy using meth, it helps me numb myself from all the hurts, disappointed, shameful things. I have or have not done in my past. Towards myself or to my family!

I take it one hour at a time. The mood will stop or get better. I just breathe deep breaths and cry it out. I don't talk to family members because they don't understand. They think I should just snap out of it. This is not helping me. It makes me feel like do you really think I want to feel like this. You don't have my genes so you can't understand unless you have it.

I just deal with it and remember that people have it way worse then I do.I remind myself I am lucky for my health, same job for 25 years and in a good place with my finances.I am thinking about going to see my family doctor about getting on some meds and officially get diagnosed

Pull yourself up by your boot straps might work for some people but for people who are struggling daily with terrible sadness, low self esteem, lack of energy, no one who understands what is happening to them, pulling yourself up by your boot straps feel like a slap in the face,. But we have to remember, they haven't experienced what we are experiencing. It is completely out of their ability to comprehend what we are going through. Until you experience it, you have no idea what it does to the soul, the mind, the ego, the ability to just to be alive.

Oh Katie, please don't hurt yourself. Find another way to relieve the terrible pain. Go in your room, turn on the TV or radio and scream your head off. Beat the living daylights out of your pillow. Take a cold shower (this works for me). Find something that is not hurtful to you or anyone else. You need to be nice to you too. YOU MATTER!
